All rooms are lavishly appointed and feature king-sized beds and private baths. Fresh flowers and chocolates await you. Glass doors open to wrap-around decks with sequestered seating areas for each suite. Our full breakfast features house special entrees and baked foods. You'll want to linger over your second cup of coffee, enjoying the sweeping vistas over Burrows Bay and the islands beyond.

POLICIES

--Reservations are confirmed with a Visa or Mastercard.

--A two-night minimum on weekends (Friday, Saturday or Sunday) for the months of July through August. One night by chance.

--Cancellations made seven days or less prior to arrival will be charged 50% of the reservation or one night stay (whichever is greater). "No-shows" will be charged full amount plus tax of the reservation.

--Check-in is between 4:00 pm and 7:00 pm. Please call or email if you need an earlier or later check-in time. We are unable to accommodate check-ins past 11:00 pm.

--Check-out is at 11 am.

--We are unable to accommodate children or pets.

--There is no smoking in the house or on the grounds.

--Rates are subject to change without notice.
